This is when we partially refund the remains of an order. Sometimes, for some reason, we may be unable to deliver a full order, so we refund you the amount of the remaining undelivered order.
Example: You bought an order with a quantity of 10,000 which costs ₦22k, let's say we delivered 9,000 and we couldn't deliver the remaining 1,000, then we will "Partial" the order and refund you the cost of the remaining 1,000 (₦2,200 in this example).
19. What is Drip-feed and does it work on all services?
Drip-feed is a feature that lets our system schedule gradual delivery of your orders over time. This means that our system makes the same order run multiple times automatically and this is to simulate a natural flow and prevent the social media platforms from banning or suspending your account. And yes! It works on all services.
20. Can I get a discount?
We do offer discounts. The prices you see per 1,000 are greatly discounted when you buy up to 2,000 or more per order, as they aren't doubled as you'd expect.
